How does pricing work?
Every job gets a fixed price and a date in writing before work starts. Store setup is $1,200–2,000; existing-store work is $400–900 per job. Custom apps are quoted after a written scope. 50% is paid up front.
How long does a project take?
A standard store setup is two weeks. Most existing-store jobs finish inside a week. If something will take longer, you hear it before you pay.
How do we communicate?
Directly on WhatsApp with the developer doing the work. No account managers, no ticket queue.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. Agencies can hand a project over and stay behind the scenes; we work under your name if you prefer.
